"The Hyacinth Cafe" is a dating simulator game with an aroace twist. You play as Micah, a young programmer who is teetering on the precipice of being a shut-in. His best and only friend Laurie shows up in his house as per usual but this time she has a proposal — "Come with me to a butler cafe! I have a booking for tomorrow morning." Upon reluctant arrival, Micah learns the real reason why Laurie wanted him to go so badly: he's going on five dates?! To Micah's surprise, Laurie won the cafe's bi-annual lottery raffle, winning her the opportunity to go on five dates with the cafe's most sought after and popular members of staff both in the cafe and off-site.
