Frost, an eighteen-year-old wolf cast out from his home for the sin of loving wrong, wanders the asphalt veins of the world, his heart a bruise under the weight of hunger and despair. Then comes Ridge, a fourty-something bara wolf trucker who emerges from the thunderstorm. He sees Frost, sodden and slight, and offers a ride—mercy or menace, ain’t no telling.
