Agent Angelica Gropius Rhythmic Triad Typhoon is a psychic secret agent, working for the CIA’s secretive spirituality division, codename: The Goatmen. Her mission is to smuggle a nuclear weapon into Moscow and detonate it at the height of celebrations, killing all the Kremlin’s top brass in one fell swoop.
However, Agent Typhoon is captured in the course of her mission, and brought to a KGB black site. There, she faces an unexpected enemy: a turncoat Goatmen agent, and her own mentor.
Now going by the name of Psycho Soldier Number Seven, she seeks to defeat her former student with her psychic powers.
