A mighty warrior and the head of the Kyougetsu clan. This clan is famous for its members' ability to bring misfortunes. They have a big distortion and have a phenomenon of "Reverse Wind". "Reverse Wind" means that if one member of the clan brings a misfortune, the other one will die from the misfortune. He lives in a village of the Kyougetsu clan, which cannot be left easily due to the barrier of Mikado, with his sister, Kyougetsu Sakuya. Also, Keishirou has the highest known distortion level among the strong warriors. He was called to a Fencing Kagura ceremony as a representative of the distorted ones, but in the end Keishirou had a rather twisted personality. He was chronically irritable. The calmer he looked on the outside, the rougher he was on the inside. Happiness was an agony for him, since it was a bewildering feeling, that was not fitting for him. It could even be called a curse. Still, he loved his sister, though he was not honest with his feelings.
