Shirley Fenette is a friendly girl and is a member of the swimming club. She has a habit of giving people pet names, such as calling Lelouch "Lulu". Consequently, she jealously believes that he and Kallen are romantically linked (due to awkward exchanges between them), and is constantly teased about it by Milly, unaware she is merely jealous of the fact she can choose who she loves.
