With huge capital and threats, she forced a medium-sized food processing company, where the main character works, to give up its CEO position. In accordance with the distorted imperialism that he had been drilled into her, she dragged down rival companies, slashed compensation for employees, and forced them to work beyond their limits, and in just a few years, the company recovered and developed to the point where it was considered a major corporation. However, the dissatisfaction and fatigue of the protagonists and other employees working for the company that has become such a black company steadily accumulates. Furthermore, Kumiko Nikaidou's unmanageable behavior and mindless abusive language erodes the hearts and minds of the employees.
