A determined girl, she is a worthy adversary and perhaps the one Hitora fears most. Churchill commands a mighty navy, a plucky air force and an island nation of hooligans. She is considered to be a genius, indulging in oratory, inventing and studying old magick. Despite her relaxed appearance, she can be rather brutal and destructive when she wants to. [From Steam]
