「The one to reach the Flower of Heaven shall be I, Kouu!」 The Wicked King of So, who has no mercy for her enemies. She cuts down the enemy on the front lines of the battlefield, with her fervor engulfing her entire own army while leaving the enemy army in awe. As she has no one that can stand next to her as an equal, she tends to assess things based on whether something is "Kouu, or something else". Despite this, she is fond of Ryuuhou, the only one who is trying to rise as Kouu's equal. Although she had at first only seen Shibasen as nothing but Ryuuhou's underling, she sensed his strong sense of duty and admired his tenacity in speaking up to her despite his fear.
