One of the few men on the base, Sergeant Jackie Kaminski is the top Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO). He respects brute force over anything else. The ultimate professional, he has the respect of everyone. He was Julietta's drill sergeant at the Military Academy and she often relies on his judgement even though she is technically his superior.
