The Princess of a Former Enemy Nation, the Epitome of Purity and an Unparalleled Yearning for Peace Millie, as she's affectionately known, is not only the Vilcar Empire's crown princess but also their newly appointed ambassador extraordinaire to the Frost Neutral Zone. An uncommon voice of moderation within the Empire, she longs for enduring peace with the Federation. An idealist through and through, Millie is earnest and direct to a fault. Her tenacity is admirable, though it can border on stubbornness at times. Race: Vamp* Likes: A peaceful world, reading comics and novels sold in the Federation, her late mother, tomato juice Dislikes: War, horror movies, her three older brothers Skills/Hobbies: Writing novels (the quality remains subpar, though) Losses: Peace, her mother *Note: Indistinguishable from humans (Hume) at first glance, vampires (Vamp) possess an extraordinarily resilient quality. They bounce back from injuries in the blink of an eye, though some are quicker healers than others. Only by severing their heads can one hope to vanquish them. While blood alone sustains their existence, many vamps consume regular food for entertainment and pleasure. Their homeland is modeled after Nazi Germany.
