The current head of the Rokujou House, which is one of the five general houses. A cunning, self-serving, and arrogant man. He is more small-minded and less talented than Nakanoin Reizen, but he is pretty tricky and sneaky. Without these qualities, he would have been assassinated in his sleep long ago. He made a honorable warrior from his clan participate in the Fencing Kagura ceremony. He went to the Eastern Expedition personally, unlike Chigusa and Iwakura. Still, his motivations were not as honorable as they appeared at first glance. Rokujou did this in order to profit while others fought and to strengthen his position.
