Archimedes Tsuchida

Doctor Tsuchida's office sits quietly and mostly unseen in a quiet part of the city. Those who know it exists are only people who have business to know. Judging by the mess of old research papers, research notes, and strange apparatuses sitting in his office, however, Archie isn't half as indifferent to the city's secrets as he would like to have you believe.
