(Voiced by an unspecified actor in the FullVoice ReBorn edition) One of the Knights protecting the Upper Tier and its laws, Genocidal Enforcers, half-enginized people who'd quit being human. Armor covers its entire body and something is writhing within its open helmet: disgusting, inhuman flesh. No longer human and no Fantastic Mutant either. (Edited from in-game text)
