Exiled crown prince of the kingdom, in his early twenties. Forced into exile after the kingdom was dissolved following an election, he has long operated under a pseudonym, presenting himself as a dropout international student. He survived a failed assassination attempt, which left his right leg disabled. He now lives in seclusion in a third-floor rented room, rarely going out, living only with his aide-de-camp, who is also his uncle. He possesses an unusual sense of humor accompanied by distinct sadistic tendencies.
