Olivia Drake

Mayor Liz Drake is nothing more than an extension of the Bellarosa Family's strangle hold on the city. A former waitress, who gained favor with Vincenzo Bellarosa the old fashioned way… by being emotionally available. Surprisingly, she isn't entirely useless in her capacity of mayor and seems to take the job quite seriously. However, she is properly corrupt. [Edited from in-game description]
