Vincenzo Bellarosa is the don of the Bellarosa crime syndicate. An even-kneeled criminal that will do what serves his organization over unnecessary violence most of the time. However, he doesn't suffer fools and will be swift in dealing with those who disrespect him or are in his way. He didn't invent the cement boot, but he is a big proponent of it. Why put bodies in the streets when you can put them in the Rackham river? Vincenzo is a huge sports fan. He is also ruthless and precise. [Edited from in-game description]
