Sergei Kasparov

Detective Sergei Kasparov works alongside Detective Sandra Turis, but either has a bit of a stick up his ass or is on the take. Probably both. He seems to be a human devoid of humor and most other redeeming qualities. He finds working side by side with a woman an affront to masculinity, undermining Detective Turis at every turn. He does show up for work on time every day, something the Captain appreciates. [Edited from in-game description]
