Randolph Berg

There is no mistaking him for anything but a privileged asshole. The second husband of Donna Berg, formerly Donna Aelswith, born Donna Newhall. Her father was a construction tycoon who started the company Newhall Development and is responsible for Donna being one of the wealthiest women in Rackham City and in the country.
