Samira

As the Banu Haqim representative, Samira is sure to have some interesting things to say about the Lasombra clan joining the Camarilla. She sees a bit of a potential kindred spirit in Julia, perhaps an ally at some point... if only the neonate would show some actual interest in politics instead of seemingly wasting her time. Samira is in close contact with Hellene Panhard. There is no friendship between the two, but she enjoys having the Prince's ear, and is worried that weak leadership might disrupt the local Camarilla - it's not like there's an obvious candidate for Princedom other than some Primogen, perhaps. Samira has very limited trust in them, though. [Edited from the Artbook]
