主人公的姐姐，美琴的双胞胎妹妹。 从美空学园毕业后，在姐姐美琴的强烈劝说下升入了大学。 目前是千原大学的二年级学生。 虽说是双胞胎，但因为是异卵双胞胎，性格大不相同， 与文静内敛的美琴截然相反，她非常活泼、爽朗。 善于交际，交友广泛，但有些害羞，有不坦率表达感情的一面。 尤其是对弟弟优一，总是不知不觉地说出刻薄的话或采取暴力的行动， 但其实和姐姐一样非常重视优一， 总归还是会照顾优一、帮助他。 似乎从小就对恋爱有抵触情绪，与男性的交往经历为零，有点恋爱过敏。 家务方面全交给姐姐，所以不仅做饭，打扫和洗涤都不擅长。 正因如此，她在姐姐美琴面前抬不起头。 另外，对于没有上大学而独自照顾家庭的美琴，她也有感到内疚的地方， 为了帮姐姐的忙，她在船上的餐厅打工。 相当大大咧咧且毫无防备，在家里会穿着内衣或洗完澡后只裹一条浴巾走来走去。 每次都会被弟弟优一提醒不够矜持，但她本人似乎完全没有改正的意思。

Haruna is the younger of the Yamashiro sisters, and is introduced to the player as a girl whose self-imposed duty is to keep Yuuichi in check. She is a student at Chihara University (the same university attended by AneImo2's Kirishima Mizuki) and occupies the rest of her time with her part-time job as a waitress. Unlike her older sister, Haruna is more level-headed when it comes to dealing with Yuuichi. She has spent so much time around our protagonist that she has mastered the ability to read him. She's especially critical of Yuuichi's tendency to look at the women in his life with slightly ecchi eyes, and often calls him out on it as soon as she notices it. She also criticizes the protagonist due to his severe indecisiveness, especially when it comes to his relationship with Wakaba. Despite the strong and aggressive front she puts on around the protagonist, Haruna has a softer side that is very much in love with Yuuichi, but knows her attraction to him is unnatural due to them being siblings.
