"Ahh, how annoying. How terribly annoying. Problems always pop up on these gentle voyages." Based on James Cook, also known as Captain Cook, who was a British explorer, navigator, cartographer, and captain in the Royal Navy. An EU hero in charge of monitoring the safety of EU's southern territories. She is a rationalist who believes that there is nothing that can't be scientifically explained. She dislikes Magellan's intuition-based decision making and relies on calculative reasoning. Because of this quality, is it rare for her to cause any accidents or problems. Cook may appear steadfast at first glance, but she dislikes troublesome things. She also really hates ghosts. [From English official site]
