The chief of the Special Riot Police first division. The first division consists of top-picked officials from the government body. This force is critical to the government's plan to enhance the organization by arranging for officers who gained experience in the first division to be transferred to crucial positions in other ones. She was appointed to the position of the first chief of the first division due to her abilities and popularity. Shinobu is popular among both men and women since she is strong-willed while still being kind and caring. She may be described as a handsome woman. There are occasionally disagreements between the first division, which is made up of elite officers, and the second division, which frequently appoints officers from private citizens, but the head of the first division is respected by all officers regardless of affiliation. Her sworn friend and supporter is second division chief Ayato, who was her colleague prior to the formation of the Special Riot Police. Shinobu is not a Special Holder, but she is descended from a long line of demon eradicators who were responsible for the country's protection. She is an all-rounder with a high skill in swordsmanship, firearm use, and hand-to-hand fighting thanks to her spiritual force, her lineage's techniques, and her physical aptitude. She is so strong that, in the times of suppressing the coup d'état in the Self-Defense Forces, she cut a tank in half with her sword. Her strength is comparable to that of Ayato, the second division chief. [Translated from the official site]
