A veteran officer, assigned to the first division of the Special Riot Police. She is a person of honest and kind nature and is also very competent, thus she is the one who commands the first division as the chief's representative in an emergency. She was a Home Ministry staff member. Being an excellent user of a Special Power by nature, she was scouted afterwards. That was her opportunity to enlist in the Special Riot Police. It was only after completing the Home Ministry Special Holders Assistance Research Office training course and graduating from a military academy that she was assigned to the first division. Kagura, her older sister, joined the Special Riot Police before her, so she often looks for her younger sister. Although Kaguya makes her worry all the time, they are wonderful sisters. Like her elder sister, Kagura, she sees Kotetsu and Isana as her little sisters. Kaguya respects both first and second division chiefs equally. She, like her sister, has the power of youko as a Special Holder. She is capable of using shikigami, but her strong point rests elsewhere. It is fighting with a Japanese sword, imitating Shinobu, the chief of the first division. [Translated from the official site]
