The head honcho of the "Arai-gumi," a small-time yakuza group under Kobe Y-gumi's umbrella. Zenjirou has enlisted the services of Togetsu and his associates to pursue an objective, embarking upon a voyage to Sarubotoke Island. Exhibiting a flamboyant yet superficial character, he embodies the typical Kansai penchant for humor, demanding quality in jest. "Man, I could clone myself a hundred times, and it still wouldn't be enough!"
