比甲小一岁的学园同伴。空的妹妹。 有着名为电脑症的病症，抱有在假想空间读取他人的思考，自己的思考会泄露给周围的症状。 因此被同级生欺负时被甲所救，之后，与姐姐一起搬到了如月寮。 虽然在现实世界连说话都很苦手，但在假想内则会积极地表露自己的想法。 在麻烦制造者很多的如月寮内，不如说是善后角色。 特别会被身为姐姐的空的言行折腾。 在灰色的圣诞节之后，就完全失去了音讯。

Makoto is one grade lower than Kou and is Sora's younger sister, usually being doted on by her. She and Sora both move into the Kisaragi Dormitory during their school days. She has a condition known as Cybernetics Ego Boundary Disorder, the same condition Kou's mother suffered from. This condition causes her to develop an abnormally deep connection to the virtual world, allowing her to read the thoughts of people on the Net while at the same time disclosing her own thoughts to those around her. In contrast, she is incapable of properly articulating herself outside of the Net, which once resulted in her being a common target of bullying.

甲の一つ歳下で如月寮の仲間。空の妹。 電脳症という病気で、仮想空間内で自分の考えが周囲に漏れてしまうという症状を抱えている。 それゆえに同級生にいじめられていたところを甲に助けられ、その後、姉の空とともに如月寮に移ってくる。 現実世界ではしゃべる事も苦手だが、仮想内では積極的に自分の考えを表に出せる。（あるいは漏れてくる） トラブルメーカーの多い如月寮内では、どちらかというとフォロー役。 とくに姉である空の言動に振り回されている。 しかし空のことはとても好きで、大切に思っている。 灰色のクリスマス以後、消息が途絶えたままである。
