The Keeper of Elysium at the Art Hole has been an important persona in NYC since at least the early 2000s. Wiese is a rather mysterious figure who rarely appears among other Kindred, but when she does, it's usually for a memorable occasion. She covers the lower part of her face due to some kind of accident from before her Embrace, and she typically finds any questions on this topic to be tasteless. These nights, her custody of the Elysium is mostly in name only, but her status as a well connected and relatively well liked socialite helps maintain her position. [From the Artbook]
