In a cozy town built around an old academy of witchcraft, the school year has just ended, and a new class of witches has just been sent out into the world.
But the academy they've just graduated from is one built on centuries of tradition, cloistering away its students throughout their whole educations, teaching them the mystical arts in the manner of days long past.
