Crimson desires

A young lady wants to become a vampire; this is her lifelong dream, and she is so close she can almost taste it. The only living vampire that accepts transforming mortals is an eccentric woman with extremely powerful magic. She is the judge and executioner of those she does not consider worthy of immortality.
