None other than Peppy, the enigmatic creator of osu!. You were told this was an exclusive VIP event for the top "geniuses" of the CIS gaming community. You expected free food, networking with top-tier streamers, and maybe some anime discussions. You didn't expect to find your fellow guests decapitated with cryptic messages written in blood. Trapped on an isolated island with a ship that won't arrive for three days, Peppy reveals the horrifying truth via the mansion's loudspeakers: this isn't a vacation.
